A recent question from a resident, followed by Mayor David Alfin's response:
"Is there some way to talk to customer service without having to wait so long on the phone? I know you guys are busy, but so am I, and I only have a half hour on my lunch break to call. There’s got to be a more efficient way to report an issue. Help please."
All of us know how difficult it is to have to wait on the phone for service. There’s never enough time in a day to accomplish everything important to us. Our city’s Customer Service department staff recognizes this problem and has just added a new convenience that will make everyone’s life a little easier.
