A house in Fuquay subdivision was the top real estate transaction for Jan. 18-24 in Palm Coast and Flagler County. Scott and Steffi Keller, of Marianna, sold 2112 S. Ocean Shore Blvd. to David and Eunice Clasbey, of Flagler Beach, for $1,275,000. Built in 2022, the house is a 3/2 and has two half baths and 2,902 square feet.

Condos

Linda Mackie and Nancy Lloyd, of Flagler Beach, sold 3600 S. Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 816, to Marianne Schuettler, of Flagler Beach, for $352,000. Built in 1984, the condo is a 1/1 and has 719 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $75,000.
